Nybakke is proud to sell the MD Manufacturing central vacuum units as they are Built in America in Bakersfield, California. Nybakke can sell, install and fully service the central vacuum system purchased through us, whether you live in Normal, Bloomington, East Peoria, Minier, Carlock, Edwards, Morton, Mahomet, Champaign or anywhere in central Illinois.
The MD motor units that Nybakke recommends have a bag and filter system. You don’t want to have a significant amount of dust and debris going through your motor fans. Many central vacuum units are economically designed where they are pretty much the same design as a cheap shop vac sold in discount stores. They put the motor of top of the unit and tell you that the dirt will drop down into the bucket yet the motor fans and exhaust is through the motor and out the top. Most dirt and dust is virtually weightless thus the dirt goes through the motor fans and that is the reason most require you to vent the unit outside.
Some central vac instructions of bagless designs recommends putting a large garbage bag around their units so dirt and dust doesn’t bellow all over the garage or more importantly you, when you dump it out. Why not just put it into a bag in the first place and it is easier on you when changing the bag?
If you ever will complain about any vacuum it is normally that you don’t have enough suction or power. Do not make a mistake this way on central vacuums. You can never have too much power. Whenever you see a rating on a central vacuum unit, it tells you a square footage that they believe it will have at least the minimum amount of suction power that you need for that amount of area. Never buy for the least amount of power. The larger square footage rating of the unit in the smaller amount of area that it is in, is the better way to look at which motor unit is best for you. In other words, Nybakke has the F600t motor unit which is rated up to 6000 sqft, which means in a 2000 sqft to 6000 sqft home would be ideal.
