Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include chemicals, air purifier filters, and vacuum filters. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All open items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within three days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S.
Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O.Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
